Shipping & Delivery

In-stock items usually ship within 3–5 business days of your order being placed.

Pre-ordered titles will ship within 3–5 business days of their official release date, unless a different shipping timeline is stated on the product page.

Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know it is on its way. Where tracking is available, this email will include a tracking link.

If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we will contact you by email as soon as possible.

Need to change your shipping address? Please email us at orders@terrible.baby or reply to your order confirmation as soon as possible. We can only update shipping details before the order has been dispatched.


International Shipping

Yes, we ship internationally.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges, or local handling fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping prices.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size and weight of your order, and the shipping service available.

We do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible. Orders may be sent through standard postal networks or courier services depending on destination, weight, and availability.

Returns & Refunds

If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 7 working days of receiving it. Returned items must be in their original condition.

Once the returned item has been received and checked, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived damaged.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied.

We recommend using a tracked or recorded shipping service when returning items, as we cannot refund items that are lost in return transit.


Submissions

We are open to receiving project submissions from photographers and artists.

Please send a short introduction, a PDF or link to the work, and any relevant details about the project to hello@terrible.baby We recommend keeping submissions clear and considered rather than sending large files or multiple follow-up emails.

All submissions are reviewed, but we are a small team and cannot offer individual feedback or respond to every project.

If we feel there may be a good fit, we will get in touch.

Please do not send physical dummies, prints, books, or original materials unless we have specifically requested them. Unsolicited physical submissions may not be returned.
